Holiday in the US

I never travel without a stack of books, indeed sometimes the first packing I do is choosing which books to take with me! I decided to take a varied stack with me to the US:

Read and passed on to my fellow bookcrosser and travelling companion Clariss:
A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian
Ein Koch für Mma Ramotswe
A Hundred and One Days: A Baghdad Journal

Read and passed on to my sister-in-law: 2 Kureshi books, which I wanted to keep together.
The Black Album (different cover)
The Buddha of Suburbia

Read and wild released:
Dancing Girls and Other Stories
Bitter Fruit

Passing books onto a fellow bookcrosser

Gitana100 came for the weekend and so we did our usual booktrade. She gave me James Patterson's books for my sister, who likes Patricia Cornwell, Kathy Reichs etc.

I gave her:
1) Tatiana and Alexander as we had both read the Bronze Horseman The Bronze Horsman
2) The Thief Taker
3) Perfect Sinner
4) The Dante Club
As you can see, I really enjoy historical fiction! The Perfect Sinner was the best of the bunch, with the Dante Club coming a close second.
